At TODDOMUSICA we strive to deliver the highest quality, best performing and superior products.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from TODDOMUSICA you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement.
TODDOMUSICA will offer the Customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:
A replacement Product or exchange. In this case, TODDOMUSICA shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged Product to the Customer.
A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs - if applicable at the time of purchase). Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.

Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned if are damaged .

If originally charged (majority of orders are shipped Free) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless TODDOMUSICA determines that: (1) the Product is faulty from a manufacturing defect and through no fault of the customer or a third person.

How soon will I get my refund, exchange or replacement?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 30 days.
If you are approved for an exchange or replacement, your new products will be dispatched within 2 business days, shipment racking details will be sent via email.
